H1 Renewal and H4 Visa

Hi,
My H1 visa expires on SEP 30th 2007(3 years of H1-B will be completed) and I got the H1 approval notice till SEP 30th 2009.I am getting married in NOV 2007.Can we both attend for the Visa in Chennai at the same time(for my renewal and for her Visa(H4)).Please let me know.
