Question on H-1B stamping after transfer

Hi ,

I have recently moved to a new company. I have my new I-797 from my new employer. But my passport has visa stamp from old company and is valid for one more year.

I am leaving for India next month. So should I get my passport re-stamped or will I be able to enter without any problems? I have my old I-797 and also new I-797.

H1 issue

---- You will be permitted to enter US with old Visa and the new I-797. Ensure that the new I-797 is shown at the POE for a I-94 till its expiry date
