Dear Freinds

I have applied for H1B for the first time, and as per my employer its lodged on 2nd April 2007 itself. Today is 19th June 2007, still the result is unknown, my employer says positively to wait for the YES or NO.

What exactly the situation is ? And what is the last day to know this YES or NO ? Will there be any hope for YES. And do we get any type of receipt for all the H1B petitions eventhough its rejected ??

Your employer knows exactly the status, ask him for your receipt number , so that you can check ur H1B status online.
By this time almost every one knows the status of the H1B application.
