Hi,
My aplliaction had been picked and got receipt number few days back. But i got a mail from USCIS(Email Notifications) and asking for some more evidence. Does this happens normally during the process and what they can expect form me.

This is normal, be glad they issued an RFE not rejected it. Rely in timely manner with all requested documents that is all.
