Need help for H1 stamping

Hi,

I was rejected my business visa twice in last year at chennai consulate. This year I got H1 approval receipt. If I failed to get the dates for Chennai Consulate am I eligible to go to Delhi or Mumbai consulates to attend my H1 interview? or Do I need to wait till to get the avaialable dates for chennai consulate? Please help me in thsi regard.

if andhra pradesh - chennai consulate

if near to delhi - delhi consulate

if near to mumbai - mumbai consulate

Note:

in 1797 and i129 have which consulate u will go.
so mostly prefer based on ur I797 and I129.

your U.S employer will give one request letter for h1b visa approval to U.S consulate. In this letter contains U.S consulate address.

please prefer the above embassy only
