Need some info abt I 797

Hi,
My H1b has been approved. I have a doubt will the I 797 be returned to me after the interview by the visa counseller after verifying it. Or else will he keep it.

I am also planning to take my wife along with me for the H4 at the same time i am attending my H1b interview. Will we have any prob in that. We are planning to travel together also.

It is always better if the family appears together for interview so no problem there.

Unless there is a fraud involved why will the consulate keep the document that they are supposed to give back to you. Just keep a copy with you.
