B1 rejected twice - H1B interview scheduled

Hi,

Initially I got a B1 stamping for 1 year. On expiry i ahd reapplied but got rejected twice. Now have applied for H1 visa.

The first time the consulate officer remarked that i need to apply for the h1 visa and the second time he had asked if i was married .....

Will the last two rejections have impact on my H1 visa approval.

Was anyone in such a situation before .....
