Misspelled Name in H1 Application..

Hi All,

Required your valuable guidance regarding my misspelled name in H1B petition.

My name is 'Akash Agarwal', but in I-129 its spelt as 'Akash Agerwal' .

Its part of my mistake only, as in my passport, name is like 'Akash Agerwal'.
But in all documents like Bank statements, company offer letters, salary slips, IT returns, etc.. its like 'Akash Agarwal'.

Can you please suggest me how i should carry forward to have hassle free H1B interview/process.

Is it ok to go for Visa interview with "Agerwal" in passport, H1 Application and "Agarwal" in all other documents..
Should i have to change the name in my passport to 'Akash Agarwal'?
