H1 B Extension OCT 07

Hi ,

My H1 B will be expiring in OCT 07 ? I will be applying for extension soon.
I am trying leave my current employer who holds my H1.
If I apply for extension , then can I leave my current employer ?
And
If I joined new employer or transfered my H1 to some different employer
and apply for extension , will it be problem in that case ?

---- You can apply for the H1 extension and at the same time transfer the H1. There are no issues either way. Ultimately you have to decide what to do
