H1B Renewal and transfer

Hello,
I am working with company A since Sept 2004 and my H1B is expiring in Sept 2007. My I-94 is also expiring in Sept 2007. Company A did not file for renewal yet.
Company B wants to hire me now and wants to transfer my H1B with them. I am not sure how to go with this situation.
It takes 3 months for H1B transfer. 3 months from now is Oct 2007 and my I-94 and visa is expiring in Sept 2007.
So my question is
1. Can company B file for transfer and renewal at the same time..?
2. Is there any premium processing for H1B transfer?

Please advice as it is urgent matter. Thanks in advance.

---- You can apply for a transfer to company B and once you get a receipt, you can join them (the receipt can be a FEdex/UPS/USCIS receipt). USCIS receipt is a safer option

---- Company B will only file and apply for a transfer and no renewal

2. Is there any premium processing for H1B transfer?

---- Yes, of course you can file for premium processing of H1 as you are applying for a regular H1

---- In fact any H1 including transfers are regular H1 applications and no transfer --- transfer is term used for the sake of convenience
