H1B Visa

I have applied for H1b and got query, employer has some problem to send the document. But i have given all my orginal douments like degree certificates, mark sheets and passport. But right now i need those documents since i need to apply for another Job. i m in india. Kindly Help me to recover the documents or please advice how to collect it from the Consulate.

Ah! You're stuck

You should NEVER give your original documents to anybody except to show them to the official in person.

Many "employers" get hold of original docs and hold them that way the "employee" cannot go anywhere.

Keep on requesting your originals and get them back.

Do consider that someone has spent the money for your visa and now you're applying elsewhere. That way, this company loses money and sometimes credibility too.
