(Urgent help pls) I got H1b petition approved, But L1 under process

Hi

I have applied for H1b visa and got selected in random selection. My H1b petition is approved but not yet got stamping. I should join the US company in Nov, But my current company is filing L1 for me to send to US for 2 months(august & September).
--Is my H1b valid, though L1 is processed
--Can i get L1 stamping and go to US, return back and then get H1 stamped

I dont want to lose H1b offer, but cant stop current company from processing my L1. Please sugest me

you will not vacate your h1. in fact you get get both h1 and l1 stamped on passport.

You can have only one visa valid..You can get stamp L1 first. when you get stamping h1 your L1 will be invalid. There wont be any issue with ur H1 approval because of ur L1 visa processe. If u really want to use ur company offer get stamped L1 first. Once u get a H1 stamp you cant work for ur present company in USA but u can work in India.
