H1 rejection

Hi all
My h1 application is rejected in the lottery system
i paid 50k for the consultancy
now the consultancy says that they incured 700 dollars for
filing of the h1 application
150 for education evaluation
500 for attorney general fees
50 for documentation

they are saying to bear me 50-50 which comes around 350 dollars( 15k in indian rupees )

can i get the information about the fees incured during the h1 filing
please advice me

I would say that it is acceptable. There are cases where the employers ask full payment of the fees. One of my friend has been asked for 1100 $ deduction from his deposit of 1600$

Just take whatever the employer gives and forget about it. Its a waste of time. For all you know they may have not even applied for your H1b.

Just ask for your package back with education evaluation etc. This might make you sure that they did apply.
