My friend got his H1 approval paper on Oct 2006 from one desi consultant. Due to some reason he didnt get stamped yet and working with me in a reputed Indian based company in L1 visa.
Actually he paid $ for his H1 expenses so the desi consultant not forcing him much for H1 stamping.
Do we have any issue if we get H1 stamping on Feb 2008?
