URGENT Help needed H1 Transfer while wife is in INDIA

HI Senior members please reply

i need immidiate help

1) I am working in USA from Last 8 months for company A. i transfered to Company B on July 1st when the Company B has applied for H1 transfer.
My case is approved and i got the Documents yesterday.

2) My wife went for H4 stamping in Febraury from my previous employer.

3) she is coming to usa on July end. does she need to apply for H4 transfer before she comes to Usa? or is it Ok for her if she carry's my H1 approval ?

Please let me know what other documents she needs to carry . Can i aplly for her H4 transfer when she comes into USA or do i need to apply now itself.

you dont need to apply for H4 transfer as that is not dependent on employer. She should carry the new approval though to get same dates as yours on I-94

Ur spouse does not need to obtain a new visa for new employer shewill be allowed o travel with the old visa. But her I-94 will be granted only till the validity of her old visa and not till the validity of the new H1 petition.
