DS 156 Mistake Seniours Please urgent help need

hi,

i was booked the slot on aug 13th, and while filling the ds 156 form my passport expiration date i was entered wrongly instead of 26th nov 2010, i entered 27th nov 2010, and today i opened my ds 156 form and i checked and i found. i am getting tense what should i do now please help me. and there is no chance to edit.

one main thing is i was canceled my appointment already once there is no chance to cancel again if i cancel again i have to wait 90 days to book the slot.
