H1B help

Hey all, my Girlfriend is wanting to move down from canada to san diego and we are looking at visa's and we wanted to know if she is able to apply for the H1B 6 months before her B.S is finished or will we have to wait until shes done with that? thanks for the help!!!

oh and does she have to have a job lined up before approval? or can she move here and get a job within a pre determined amount of time?

Search the web for the procedure to get an H1B visa. Post a question if you have one after that. Anyway, you will be unable to apply until April 2008, and will be unable to work until Oct 2008. Good luck.
