    H1B Receipt not yet received

    Hi,

    My employer had submitted for H1B in April 2nd 2007 for 2008 opening... but we didn't receive any receipt from CIS. Is my case pending or rejected? Is it possible for my case geting approved.
    Cud you please any one give me more information regarding this?
