Losing L2 status, should I go for H1B stamping

Hi,
I am on L2 EAD valid till Dec 2008. My I94 is also valid till Dec 2008. I applied for my H1B and got the approval from Oct 1 2007 to Sep 2010.

My spouse may have to relocate to India in November 2007 and hence she shall lose the L1 status. My question is that since I have already got the H1B approval, can I stay in US and continue working for my sponsored company without stamping?

yes you can and once if you want to go India..get it stamped.
