Change of Status - L1 - H1: Q about Paystub

Help me....

I was working for a company 'X' on L1B
Last year I did filed H1B (With no I-94, Fresh H1B) got approval thru company 'B'. I resigned company 'A' and joined 'B'

My new employer 'B' applied for change of status (H1B), and new I-94. Which is pending with USCIS.

My question is can I start taking paystubs from my new employer or do I need to wait till my COS got approved????

Me too got a H1 approval from company B and not yet joined in company B. Still working on Company A on L1B visa. My question is
1. Do we join Company B without getting the change of status? Is it leagal?
2. Or Can we apply change of status and continue to work on Company A in
L1 till we get the change of status approval?

Please help and advised us.

Same condition

i came in US on L1.
Got my H1 approved when i was in india.
can i change status to H1 or do i need to leave US for stamping to work on H1.
Kalyan if u get ur change of status approved then please let me know and post a scrap here.

Change of status.

1. It is illegal if you join another company without changing your status or proper authorization.
2. Yes you can continue to work in company as you already have the L1 visa with you. Provided your visa is not expired.
