Can I apply and travel on L1 B while holding H1B approved??

Hi,

Am working for company A in India holding the B1 visa through the same company.
I applied for H1B VISA through Company B this year and got the approval notice in June. Till now I dint go for H1B stamping.
Now, my current company( Company A) is palling to apply L1 visa .

Would it create any problem if I travel on L1 visa since my H1B was already approved.

Can I go for H1B stamping after returning to India. Since H1B is valid for 3 years , can I go for stamping anytime in three years , meanwhile I want to travel on L1B.
Its very urgent....Please help me out in this regard..
