H-4 visa stamp and I-94 will expire soon

My Wife's H-4 visa stamp on her passport and I-94 card are going to be expired on November 14, 2007. She wants to travel to different countries in January 2008. So, What do I have to do, now? The following are the visa information.

- She got her H-4 visa stamp for the first time on January 25, 2007, which will expire on November 14, 2007.

- Her I-94 will expire on November 14, 2007.

- She filed I-131, I-485 and I-765 form with me. The I-131 has been approved recently. Also, I checked online her application status and found her I-765 has been approved.

If you plan to stay on H1 then she can apply for H4 extension, or if she is traveling abroad before her I-94 expiry she can get a new stamp and reenter using the new stamp.

Since she has filed for I-485 and has approved AP she will be in status even if she does not apply for extension and she can reenter using AP but then her status would be AOS not H4 and she can work using her EAD.
