I passed the interview in Consulate Guangzhou, China, on Aug. 7th, and received the visa today(Aug. 9th), but i get confusion of the visa now.
My I-797 Petition validity Dates: 10/01/2006 through to 09/30/2009
My H-1B visa Issue Date: 07AUG2007, but the expiration Date is:06NOV2007, entries:2
Does that just means i need depart from China before 06NOV2007 and i can stay at US till 09/30/2009, or i can just stay at US till 06NOV2007?
