New Employer NOT giving H1 papers

Plz let me know what can one do if the employer is withholding H1 transfer papers? How can we get it from the employer

Either try to talk to your employer in a soft manner and come to an accord
Or consult an attorney who can file a petition against your employer based on the right of information act.
