    joining college after entering US on H4 support visa

    Hi,

    I just arrived US on H4B visa and would like to join college on Spring 2008 semester.

    Am I a Massachusetts resident or should I pay out-of-state fees?

    Also, should I join college on H4B visa or should I change it to F1 visa?
    which one should be beneficial to me?
