H1B Expiring how to extend?

Hello,

I have a H1B Visa and it's expiring by september/2007 that's my second renew so I don't have options in order to extend this visa anymore.
I did not start any other process like green card process in order to give me the opportunity to extend this visa year by year.

There are any chance to change ask any kind of extension (like tourist extension) or ask a Tourist Visa(I just have student and H1B visas) without leave US?

How could renew my driver's license if I don't have a legal status after september?
