h1b (new) visa interview

hi,
i have my h1b (new) interview on 12th sept at mumbai counsulate.i am working in IT (MNC) company and have around 4 yrs of exp.I have my husband in USA on student visa and my sister is a US citizen.What are my chances of getting Visa? will my husband and sister being in US cause a problem for me?

Doesn't matter. Only the purpose of your legal trip matters.

thanks for the reply. however i m applying for the visa thru a consultant. my present company is not sponsoring it.will i be marked as a possible immigrant.
my husband is presently on OPT and will be joing job in Oct. do i need to carry his offer letter? also do we need to carry our payslips of present company and bank statement?
