    L2 to H1 - Change of status in US - Advise from Mr. Subramanya

    Hi,

    I recently got my L2 visa. My H1B petition is undergoing an amendment. I will be travelling to US soon on L2. Can someone please tell me how can I change my status in the US once I get my amended H1B petition? I also dunno how long the H1b amendment is gonna take.
