Working on H4

Hi,
I am on H1 B visa and my daughter is on H 4 Visa.She is 5 yrs old.She is getting modelling contracts.How can we go about it.I know H 4 can not work and she is a minor.Can you advise?

She can't really work on H4. There is no way around it.
