Regarding Documents required for

Dear Sir/Madam,

Can you please suggest me what are the documents that required to carry along with me while i am travelling on H4 visa. Mainly I want to confirm whether Medical certification (medical certificate) is needed for the person travelling on H4 visa.

There is no medical certification needed. All you need is visa and passport.
