Hi,
I have a job in which I have accepted by an American employer. However, they have stated the following:
[...] "There are no available new H-1B visa numbers. The H-1B visa quotas for physical year 2008 (October 1, 2007) was reached the fist day they came available on April 2, 2007. The earliest we can apply for an H-1B is April 1, 2008 with and effective start date of October 1, 2008. "[...]
I need a H1 visa as my purpose is for employment and I would be moving my family, spouse and child with me. Is there anything that I can do to facilitate the move from here If they have been granted the petition?
