L1 to H1 xfer info require

i came in USA at L1 visa and my family member on L2 visa.I came 4 month before.is it possible ,I will change my job and visa status or i heared some company has pre-approved labour.let me know what is procedure of changing status of visa from L1 to H1.

It is just like applying for new H1. You will be subject to H1 cap, though.
