My wife is coming to USA, 3 weeks before her visa expires, will it be problem at POE

Can some body help me

My wife is coming to USA on Sep 8th with H4 visa. And her visa going to expire by Sep 30th 2007.

Will there be any problem at POE ?

I dont see any problem, but if you have approved H4 extension for her, or your approved extended H1 then by presenting that she will be able to get I-94 till the extended visa.

Otherwise her I-94 would have Sep 30 2007 expiry, you would ned to file for extension asap.
