Hello all ! helping friends and Seniors.
Please help me with your sincere advice (specially Subramanya Garu)
I got my H1B approved for FY 2008 Quota. Got I-797 but there is a spell mistake of one charecter(last) of my employer's company name. I said to employer regarding this. He faxed it to USCIS and it is almost 1.5 month now. No reply from them yet.
1. Can I attend the Visa Interview with the mis spelt I-797 form as advised by my employer( he said to tell that all docs have correct name and same office address is in the other docs and I-797, he will understand that this is typing mistake)
2. I want to take my wife along with me for H4. Will it be a good thing or will she be asked to come later after sending my 3 months pay stubs.
3. Mine is Delhi embassy.
4. My sis is citizen and my Dad is GC holder currently in USA. Will they say anything if my family is in USA. What should I reply Visa officer.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
