stating date of employment sep28 visa interview oct 9

this is my first h1b interview.The appointment letter from the company shows "the stating date of employment is sep 28" but my visa is scheduled on oct 9.will this be a problem in the visa interview.should i have to ask the company for a new employment letter since iam planning to travel in nov only.

---- It does not matter as long as there is a start date for the employment. Let your employer know about the Visa interview and your plan date to join them
