Regarding the transfer of my h1b visa

Dear friends,

I am working in usa from past one year in temporary job.now i got a permanent job in another company so i have applied for a transfer but i have to come to india for my marriage.so i could not get the approval over ther.But now i received the approval should i go for a visa in india.

if i go will it be problem again.and can i apply anywhere in india for the visa and also can i take my wife to a dependent visa along with me.

if you have a current H1 visa stamped on the passport you dont need the new stamp. the old stamp with new approval will work.
Your wife can get H4 based on your new h1 approval.
