I am not able to work for 4 months due to my health condition with the
h1 visa got on sept 10 changed from h4,
wht happen to my visa???
Is it valid??? What shall i do to maintain my h1 status???

I believe you don't have a H1 visa as yet, You only have a approved petition with a COS. No problem with your approved petition, its valid for 3 or 6 years.

>> You can apply medical leave with your employer or convert back to H4 status from Oct 1st. And when you feel better convert back to H1 and start working.
