Can a brand new registered startup company transfer my H1B

I have been offered a position with a startup company that has just been founded this month. They have still not employed the services of a lawyer and wanted to know if they would be able to transfer my H1B. Would anyone know whether companies need some pre-requisite age or turn-over before they can hire H1s.
