Query on EAD

Hi,

I have received a query for the EAD application. They are asking for
"
A FOREIGN LANGUAGE DOCUMENT : Translator must certify that that the translation is complete and accurate and he/she is competent to translate.
"
I am not understanding what is this. How to reply for this.
I would appreciate anyone helping me on this.

Did you by mistake signed on the bottom most section i.e Signature of person preparing the form .....?

Also check if you put (a 18) in pt 16
