Hi all,
I am on OPT right now with an expired student visa. I am working for an employer under OPT at the moment, but my H1B becomes effective October 1, 2007.
I've heard its best to go back to your home country to get your passport stamped. For me at the moment, Canada is just closer. Are there any recommendations on that?
My other question is if i travel earlier than October 1 and come back on October 5th for example without my H1B stamp (but i have all the documents that say I was confirmed to get one), would I be let into the US?
