Hi ,
Currently i am with employer A in L1 and in US. I had applied for H1 thru employer B in 2006 and got petition approved in 0ct 2006. My qestion.
1.I am planning to goto india and take H1 interview sometime this november or december will there be an issue since my petition approved last year itself.
2. What kind of queries can be expected from visa officer in this case
