My friend has applied for the H1B Visa. Her name in the passport and 10th Certificate are same. Its Kamalkumari. Signature says kamalakumari in the passport. But in the rest of the certificates its Kamalakumari. Should she change the name in the passport. Does it becomes a problem during the interview. If so, what is the solution.

For now when she applies for an appointment for the H1, I would suggest to stick with whatever name is given on the passport. While filling all those forms for your H1 visa interview, stick with the passport.But if you can get it changed before that..then thats good.
