Doubt in DS156

Hi All,

Iam going to appear for H1 Interview, my wife also coming along with me for H4 stamping, Iam in need of couple of clarification to fill DS156 and DS157 form,
Please give your valuable advice for the same, Question are below



Form - DS156

Q - 34 - "Names and Relationships of Persons Traveling With You"

My wife is appearing along with me for her H4 stamping, but later some time only she is going to come to US, in this situation , what i need to fill in this filed, ??


Form - DS156 (for H4 application )

Q - 21 - "Present Occupation ( If retired, write "retired"If student,write "student".)"
My wife is house wife, so i've filled "House Wife" in this filed, is this is correct ?

Q - 27 - "What is The Purpose of Your Trip?"
Since she is house wife what need to fill for this question ?

Q - 28 - "Who Will Pay For Your Trip?"
Since she is house wife what need to fill for this question ?


Senior please help us to fill the form,

Q21 correct answer

Q27 accompanying husband.

Q28 husband /his employer
