moving back to india H1 Transfer to indian company

Hi

Iam on H1B visa for past few months with my employer.Now, I want to go back to india and join some company, I want to transfer my H1B visa to that company in india.Can anyone suggest me how I should handle the situation without having to loose my H1 visa/status.

Do I need to apply for a new h1b visa if I had to move to some company in india?
