f2 visa to h1 visa transfer

Hi,
i am currently on f2 visa ,i would like to what are the chances of getting a h1 visa ,i have done my PGDBM and B.sc and have 2+ years of experience in IT Domain .

so could any body kindly let me what are necessery doc that are required to fil for h1.

you will need a company to sponsor your H1, you cannot do it by yourself. Then the company should help you in gathering the required documentation.
Unless you find cap exempt emplyment you will have to wait till Apr 08 to apply and Oct 08 to work.
