SHALL I HAVE TO take a DD as $100 EQUIVALENT TO CONSULAR RATE OF EXCHANGE(Rs.4000/-) OR Rs.4200/- ?
PLZ ASSIST ME.

no need to go to consultate 1st go HDFC bank

better give cash
1) 4200 cash
2 ) 322 HDFC will charge

so total fess 4200+322 rs for H4 and get yellow and pink receipt from HDFC bank.
