Dear Representative,
I have a question regarding the H1B visa stamping from India. I am a citizen of India and planning to go for the H1B visa stamping second time. First time I got the stamping done from Canada. I read recently in one of the bulletins that if one already has a H1B visa stamping in the passport, then while applying for the H1B stamping second time he/she does not need to appear for the interview. Is it true? Please confirm.
