H1b -problem with client

Hi

Iam working for a consultancy firm A.They placed me at a company B. Due to improper planning company B could not get me work but they still retained me with them. They have approved my timesheets initially but slowly started delaying/refusing them. However my employer (company A) is kind enough to pay me regularly.

So in such situation what do I need to do? Can COmpany B refuse to approve my timesheets when they do not have work for me and they are still retaining me with them?

Since the client is not your employer you can walk out at any point and am sure you havent signed anything with the client..so he cant really do anything if you walk out.
