Dependent visa

Hi,

I have H1B visa which is valid till march-2008 and

at present Iam in india.Iam likely to travel to US

in November and I applied for dependent visa for

my wife(interview is in november-07).My wife is

studying in her final year and will be completing

it in June-2008. Please let me know will this be a

constraint to get dependent visa.
