Is Expired H1B visa can be renewal?

Hi, I had H1B visa and paystubs for that period. Now my visa is expired on March,2006 and I came to India at the time of expiration. I want to go back there. So I can renew that now? If so do I need to do that from the same employer or can I change the employer. If change of employer is possible, I prefer that. Please help me in this regard.

you can get a new H1B If you have not completed 6 Years. Any employer can file for another H1B.
